Magnetic dipstick. Replacement for standard Ducati item #0609.49.950 The standard filtration system is best described as 'primitive' or  'marginal'. Any assistance in providing effective filtration could only be seen as an improvement. Addition of one of these dipsticks and an improved, superior quality sump strainer ( to replace Ducati OE #0608.49.800) could only be seen as a most welcome addition to assist in engine longevity.
